I was having my kitchen counter tops replaced with Granite; the “Granite guy” was supposed to bring a “tile guy” to install my back splash. He didn’t; actually, he didn’t tell me this until the morning of installation! So, here I was, without a tile guy! K&M to the rescue! I found them at 9:30 AM; and by 11:30 AM their 2 man crew arrived to SAVE THE DAY! I was prepared with all of the tile and materials needed for the job, which I am sure made it easier on them. They were polite, professional and experienced. They asked questions where necessary when installing the tile back splash. I was happy with their work, and will call them again for any home improvement projects in the future! Thank you K&M for stepping up and taking care of your customers!

Our experience with Juan at Remodeling K&M was fantastic. It started with his assessment ofthe job and bid. We received four bids. He wasn’t the lowest or the highest but a solid bid. The number one reason we picked him was his professionalism during the bid process as well as the detailed paperwork submitted for the bid/work to be done. In addition, both of the references he provided left glowing voice mails of approval. He was responsive and we were so impressed that we used him for four more jobs on our home improvement list. He understands the importance of quality workmanship and keeping his customers happy. When spring arrives we will not hesitate to hire Juan and his wife.

Juan and Remodeling K&M is one of the best contractors I have met. He’s very organized, quick, responsive and is great about calling or texting me back quickly. Something that is very lacking in the contracting industry. I had him work on my investment condo, helping me get it ready for rent again and I was very impressed. He has a team of people who is skilled at different things and he’s an expert scheduler. He stays on top of his people and what I like about him the most is, he guarantees his work. He makes sure his employees are doing quality work. And if they do a mediocre job, he finds someone else to finish. I’ve had him help me with a few rentals now (I initially met him 8 months ago) and I’ve also referred him out to a few clients who are equally as pleased!

Remodeling K&M recently modernized two of our bathrooms. The team was great to work with, and we are very happy with the final product! They were professional, courteous, skilled, and very accommodating when we requested some mid-project changes. We plan to have them support another project in the future. Highly recommend!.

Amazing! I recently used Remodeling KM for my business. We had a renovation project and honestly could not have done it without them. We had several hiccups with other vendors (designer, furniture etc), but thanks to Michaela and Juan, everything worked out. Juan went above and beyond to come up with design ideas when the designer dropped the ball. Michaela kept me laughing on the hardest of days with this project. Compared to a home project, this was huge, and they handled it seamlessly. I know they have done much larger projects for my company, and my colleagues also rave about how great they are. One site has even decided to skip a designer for their next project and only work with Juan and Michaela. I also want to say that Kimberly has been great with customizing my invoices. I especially enjoyed working their flooring team who were considerate of our space as we were working in the construction area. On top of all this, the workmanship was top notch. If it ever was not perfect, Juan would find the imperfection and have his team fix it. I can’t say enough great things about this wonderful company! Thank you for making this renovation come to life for us!

They showed unusual attention to detail and a great deal of courtesy and good humor throughout the process (even when we changed our mind about paint colors and added new projects along the way). K&M subcontracted me to do an epoxy coating for one of their high profile clients and the Washington, DC area. Juan was great at providing me with all of the information up front and his assistant did a great job of keeping us informed and on schedule. He was extremely professional the whole time and let us take care of this project for him without any distractions. He also paid us immediately after the job was finished.

We have been on a quite of few of his projects and the quality that he and his team puts out is incredible. If your looking for a guy to take on your next project then Juan is the man.
